AP Pulls out of BCS

Move takes place starting next season. This may indicate that the AP could rebel against the winner of the BCS Championship Game this year, but we'll have to wait and see.
Amusingly enough, this appears to have been broken by the Boston Globe. Who DOES break a story about the Associated Press, anyway?

Engaged
As of the night of December 17th, 2004, Sara Beth and I are engaged. She said yes in front of the Alabama Shakespeare Festival after a nice "birthday" dinner at the Capitol City Club in Montgomery.
I would have posted this immediately thereafter, but it was supposed to be a secret to be kept from Jessica Eastman for sorority reasons. However, turns out that Jessica Eastman reads Jessica Hinds' Livejounral, and that took care of that.
The date has not been absolutely set, but it looks to be in July 2006. Probably the 8th or the 22nd. I'll edit this to reflect the actual date when we know for CERTAIN when it is going to be.
